Central Board of Secondary
Education (CBSE) released the Central Teacher
Eligibility Test CTET in July 2024. Those candidates who are interested
in this CTET Paper I and Paper II Primary and Junior Level can apply online
from 07 March 2024 to 02 April 2024. Read the notification for recruitment
eligibility, Category Wise Vacancy, post information, PET, selection
procedure, age limit, pay scale, and all other information. |

to V): Eligibility with Code July 2024 |

|
1.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent)
with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2- year
Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR 2.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent)
with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year
Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known), by
the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure), Regulations, 2002. OR 3.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent)
with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year
Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). 4.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent)
with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year
Diploma in Education (Special Education)*. |

(Class VI to VIII): Eligibility with Code July 2024 |

1.
Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name
known). 2.
At least 50% marks either in
Graduation or in Post-Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). 3.
Graduation with at least 45% marks and
passing or appearing in final year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), by the NCTE (Recognition Norms and Procedure) Regulations issued from time to
time in this regard. 4.
Senior Secondary (or its equivalent)
with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year
Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed). 5.
Senior Secondary (or it's equivalent)
with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of
4-year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. 6.
Graduation with at least 50% marks and
passing or appearing in final year B.Ed. (Special Education)*. 7.
Any candidate having qualified B.Ed. A programme recognized by the NCTE is eligible to appear in TET/CTET.
Moreover, as per the existing TET guidelines circulated vide NCTE letter
dated 11-02-2011, a person who is pursuing any of the teacher education
courses (recognized by the NCTE or the RCI, as the case may be) specified in
the NCTE Notification dated 23rd August 2010 is also qualified to appear in
the TET/CTET. 8.
Post-Graduation with a minimum 55%
marks or equivalent grade and passed or appearing in the final year of a three-year
integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. |
